JACKSON COUNTY (WSIL) -- The Jackson County Health Department will be hosting a series of COVID-19 vaccination clinics to be held at several schools in Jackson County.
The clinics are for persons age 12 and older, including students and their families, but other community members are also welcome.
Pfizer vaccines will be available for those age 12 and older, and Johnson and Johnson vaccine for those age 18 and older. No appointment is necessary.
Clinic Schedule
- Carbondale Comm. High School, June 8 & 29 from 2pm-6pm
- Murphysboro High School, June 9 & 30 from 9am-1pm
- Elverado High School, June 10 & July 1 from 2pm-6pm
Anyone age 12-17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Persons coming for their second dose should bring their vaccination record from the first dose.
For those interested in other Health Department vaccination clinics, vaccine is being administered on Tuesdays 9am-1pm & Thursdays 12pm-6pm, by appt or walk-in, at JCHD, 415 Health Department Road, Murphysboro in the front building.
