PADUCAH, Ky. (WSIL) -- A Paducah business has reopened, after closing its doors due to COVID-19.
Paducah Beer Werks reopened Tuesday, two weeks after temporarily shutting down. One of the businesses' employees tested positive for COVID-19, forcing them to quarantine for 14 days.
The business is not reopening its indoor dining, but instead will offer outdoor seating and to-go food and beer.
Owner Todd Blume says they've gone above and beyond C-D-C guidelines to make sure everyone stays as safe a possible.
"Without my employees, without our customers, we don't have a business, so it's in our best interest to protect them. We have tried to make strides and show the community what other businesses should do and follow, we want to make sure they're protected. If they can do what we do, they will be protected," said Blume.
Paducah Beer Werks will be open Tuesday through Saturday, 3 p.m. until 8 p.m.
