- You must be a resident of Illinois or have proof of employment in Illinois.
- Please bring your photo ID or Driver's License.
- Up to 100 walk-ins will be accepted between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

These walk-ins will be in addition to individuals who are scheduling a guaranteed vaccine appointment online or by calling the vaccine hotline to get scheduled.
