POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. (WSIL) -- Three people were taken to a hospital after a two-vehicle crash in Butler County over the weekend.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the crash happened on January 18, at 2:42 p.m. along Highway T, roughly two miles east of Poplar Bluff.
State police said a 29-year-old female was driving a 2013 Chevrolet Traverse going west when she failed to yield and hit a 2016 GMC 2500.
The 2016 GMC 2500 was driven by a 41-year-old man with a 27-year-old male passenger on board.
All three involved in the crash were from Dexter.
The driver of the GMC 2500 was reported with serious injuries and flown to Barnes Medical Center in St. Louis. The driver of the Chevrolet Traverse and passenger of the GMC 2500 were both with minor injuries and taken to St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
All three were not wearing a safety device, state police reported.
