
WSIL(Carterville, Ill.)--This morning, most of us are waking up to temperatures in the low to mid 50s area wide, with a little bit of patchy fog thanks to calm conditions and dew points closely aligning with temperatures. Â
Fog will not last for too long toda. Thanks to the high pressure, we will see lots of sunshine across the region as we go through Friday.Â
It will be warmer today, with temperatures warming into the lower 70s by mid morning, and into the mid 70s by midday. We will see highs, areawide, in the lower 80s. It will feel slightly more humid this afternoon with dew points in the mid 50s.Â
Clear skies are expected as we go through the overnight hours, and morning lows tomorrow should be in the upper 50s and lower 60s areawide. Skies will be mostly sunny all day tomorrow and through the rest of the weekend.Â
You can expect to see temperatures in the mid 80s for highs on Saturday, and in the lower 80s on Sunday. Dew points will be in the 60s for the weekend so it will feel a little more humid area wide.Â
Another cold front will push through the region late this weekend and being cool conditions once again early next week.Â
