JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ill. -- Officials out of Jefferson County are looking for four individuals this week.Â
The county's sheriff's office posted on Wednesday to ask for the public's help finding these individuals. Each of the suspects described below should be considered dangerous if seen. Deputies remind the public not to approach but to contact the sheriff's office if seen.Â
The first wanted suspect is Sammie Henry, 51. Henry is wanted on a Violation of Order of Protection charge. Officials described him as 5'7", 165 pounds and bald with blue eyes. Deputies say he was last documented as living in Bluford.Â
The next suspect officials are searching for is Jacob Paxton, 29. He is wanted for a Failure to Appear charge on counts of Meth possession. Paxton is 5'5", 140 pounds and has blonde hair and blue eyes. He was last known to be living in Opdyke.Â
Charles Peterson, 44, is the third suspect described in the post. Like Paxton, Peterson is wanted on a Failure to Appear charge after officials deemed him a Felon in Possession of a Weapon. Officials said Peterson is 5'10", 160 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes. He lived in Mt. Vernon.Â
The final suspect is Kevin Howard, 21. Officials want him for a Failure to Appear charge for Possession of Meth. Officials said he is 6 feet, 170 pounds and has brown hair with green eyes. He was last documented with an Ina address.Â
