POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. -- One suspect is in custody while police search for three others after a vehicle pursuit in southeast Missouri.
The Poplar Bluff Police Department said on the morning of March 18, at 5:06 a.m., their department learned of a vehicle pursuit heading towards Poplar Bluff.
Corning police officers were chasing a vehicle going into Missouri. Police in Poplar Bluff said the vehicle later crashed near the 67 bypass on Highway PP in Butler County.
Four people from within the vehicle ran away after the crash, police said.
Nathaniel Garrett, of Florissant, Missouri, was taken into custody, however, police are still looking for three other suspects.
The suspects police are looking for are described as three black males in their early 20's. One reportedly has long hair while another has a white t-shirt and dark pants on.
Police are urging residents to call police if they see these suspects. These suspects are also considered armed and dangerous.
