Tornado Watch (in yellow) issued until April 20, 11 p.m.

CARTERVILLE, Ill. (WSIL) -- A Tornado Watch has been issued for southeast Missouri, parts of southern Illinois and a portion of western Kentucky until 11 p.m. tonight.

The National Weather Service issued the tornado watch on April 20, for all of southeast Missouri with the exception of Dunklin and Pemiscot Counties, the western portion of southern Illinois and Ballard County, Kentucky.

All threats are possible, including hail, heavy rain, damaging winds and tornadoes.
