HAMILTON COUNTY, IL (WSIL) - The Benton Rangers survive and advance after defeating the Carterville Lions 56-49.
The victory allows the Rangers to claim the 2A Regional Boys Basketball championship game.
Benton led 24-14 and Carterville was able to cut into that lead but the Rangers held off the Lions in the end.Â
