CARBONDALE, IL (WSIL) - The Saluki Women's Basketball team is all set for the start of the 2023 season.

SIU released their full schedule, Southern will be looking to turn things around in year two of Kelly Bond-White's tenure.

KBW is trying everything she can to raise the standard and expectations for this year's squad.

The Dawgs have been hard at work during the offseason. The goal is to improve upon a 12 -19 campaign from a season ago. Southern also finished 8-12 in conference play.

Coach Bond-White is seeing daily improvement and believes this group has what it takes to be one step ahead of this years competition.
