3 local wrestlers take home medals in the final day of the IHSA Wrestling State Championships
Ten wrestlers from the WSIL viewing area began the state wrestling championships but after two days of wrestling, five of our local athletes have been eliminated.
Ten wrestlers from the WSIL viewing are will compete for an individual state championship in wrestling this weekend.
Host team Carbondale took 3rd place in the Murdale Wrestling Tournament.
