CARBONDALE (WSIL) -- Governor JB Pritzker said all 4 regions in the "Restore Illinois" reopening plan are set to move into Friday.

Phase 4 will give event centers more freedom to host gatherings, like weddings.

The guidelines state venues or meeting spaces can resume with up with 50 people or 50 percent overall room capacity.

Event facilities, like Field of Dreams in Carbondale, have been able to book smaller events like baby showers, but larger events like weddings are still on hold.

Owner Jane McKinney says she's eager to have the facility open to full capacity soon.

"Hoping maybe if we keep going that our wedding in September and October, that's our big wedding months, every weekend is booked with weddings, so hopefully we'll be able to get back to more of a normal and they'll be able to invite the number of people they want and not have to do the cutbacks," said McKinney.

Field of Dreams has used the shutdown to perform some remodeling and build some outdoor features.
