(WSIL) -- The Jefferson County Health Department has learned a man who tested positive for COVID-19 has died.
The man is from Texas and has been in a Jefferson County hospital since March 26.
There have only been three positive COVID-19 cases in Jefferson County. That includes the man who has now died.
Williamson County is also reporting a new case.
A woman in her 30s is now in home isolation after getting the virus through community spread.
That brings the current number of positive COVID-19 cases in Williamson County to nine.
