Knowledge of sexual assault/domestic violence issues and previous training on those issues is preferred. This position is full-time with benefits and is open until filled.

Responsibilities include personnel supervision, program oversight, grant writing, public speaking, and networking with local and state groups. A Master’s Degree in a related field and relevant experience or equivalent experience, with strong management and organizational skills required. Knowledge of sexual assault/domestic violence issues and previous training on these issues are preferred. The position is full-time with benefits.Ìý
The Domestic Violence Program Crisis Worker is responsible for handling calls to The Women’s Center Shelter program's 24-hour hotline. Duties include determining eligibility, admitting walk-in clients, and conducting crisis intervention in-person or by phone, and facilitates the smooth operation of The Women’s Center Shelter during work hours. You must be willing to work holiday, weekend, evening, and occasional overnight shifts. You will need to have complete 40-hours of domestic violence training before employment. Previous volunteer work or experience in social service preferred. The position is on-call.Ìý
