CARTERVILLE, Ill. -- The City of Carterville sustained another water main break, roughly two hours after a boil water order was lifted for a water main break which happened on Sunday.
The city alerted the public about the new water main break on Monday at 10:29 a.m.聽
The break caused a depletion of their reserves, the city stated.
Residents can expect water to be restored on Monday morning, according to the city. There will be a boil water order when the water service returns.
