WEST FRANKFORT, Ill. (WSIL) -- A boil water order has been lifted in West Frankfort on Monday.

The West Frankfort Water Department issued the boil water order on Thursday, December 5.

The boil water order was for customers in the following locations...

  • Cherry Street from St. Louis Street to 9th Street
  • Mulberry Street from E. 5th Street to Kenlar Circle
  • West Minister Drive
  • Central Junior High School

The West Frankfort Water Department lifted the order at 9:41 a.m. on December 9.
