Sabine Henry, a Wedding and Event Coordinator at Walker's Bluff, says she and the owner are ready to get back to larger size weddings again.
Some of the changes the Williamson County wedding venue will see is fully vaccinated people will be able to attend events without a mask.
Walker's Bluff, like other sectors of the economy, can also return back to regular capacity. Entering Phase Five will also remove the mandatory social distancing requirement in seated venues.
"It's been a long time coming for sure. I have been hearing so many brides that have booked for this year that are excited to be able to up their guest count. To have that larger wedding that they are wishing for. So yeah, it has been such an exciting time," said Henry.
Illinois will continue to recommend masks for unvaccinated people and those traveling by public transportation, like planes to the venue.
State officials say, the state could move back to previous phases if people start getting sick again.
