MURRAY, Ky. (WSIL) -- A juvenile was charged and accused of threatening a place of employment last week.
The Murray Police Department said their officers responded to an employee making threats at a business on October 10, at 9:14 p.m.
Police started investigating and said a juvenile employee stated to other employees not to come to work and threatened to "shoot the place up".
The juvenile was then taken into custody and charged with Terroristic Threatening 2nd Degree and taken to the McCracken County Detention Center.
Police in Murray said any person who is charged is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
