METROPOLIS, Ill. -- A man was arrested in connection to multiple break-in reports after police said he went on a "mini crime spree."

The Metropolis Police Department reported their officers were called to the parking lot of Harrah's where they were informed about a Pontiac G6 which was damaged and ransacked on August 14. The license plates were even taken.

A short time later, police said they learned the vehicle was reported stolen and items inside were taken as well.

Metropolis police investigated and developed a suspect in which they identified as Randy L. Bradley Jr., 33 of Metropolis.

Police allege Bradley was also a suspect in connection to a break-in at the First Methodist Church and at a home near 5th Street and Scott Street.

Officers said they found Bradley in an alley between 5th and 6th streets. Police say he was extremely irrational and combative.

Metropolis Police Department stated Bradley faces two residential burglary charges, two criminal damage to property charges, two vehicular burglary charges, along with other misdemeanor charges.
