PADUCAH (WSIL) -- A Metropolis woman faces a long list of charges after leading authorities on a chase across state lines from Massac County in Illinois to McCracken County in Kentucky Thursday afternoon.
Massac County Sheriff's deputies were chasing a truck, driven by Louise Fargo, 53, and notified the McCracken County Sheriff's Department the vehicle was traveling over the I-24 bridge. The truck was spotted by McCracken County Sheriff's deputies near the Alben Barkley/Highway 62 exit on I-24.
The vehicle was driving on only 3 tires, but failed to stop for McCracken County authorities.
The truck lost control near the intersection of Lone Oak Road and Jack Paxton Drive on the southwest side of Paducah.
Fargo was taken into custody on multiple charges in McCracken County and also faces charges in Massac County.
