FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ill. -- A 24-year-old was arrested after an allegations of a criminal sexual abuse incident.
The Franklin County Sheriff's Office said this was a monthslong investigation which resulted in the arrest of Noah T. Gordon, 24 of Mount Vernon, Illinois.
Gordon faces two counts of Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse.
Multiple agencies, including the Centralia Police Department, Jefferson County Sheriff's Office and Amy Schulz Child Advocacy Center investigated the allegation.
Gordon was taken to the Franklin County Jail.
