MURRAY, Ky. (WSIL) -- Officers from the Murray Police Department arrested Charles Maupin on June 3 after responding to a call about a person outside a private organization’s building.
Upon arrival, officers said they found Maupin naked and then took him to the Calloway County Jail.
Police cited Maupin with indecent exposure in the second degree.
Police said this is his third count of the same charge in the past two months.
