PADUCAH, Ky. -- Three people were arrested and face multiple drug charges after an investigation at an apartment complex in Paducah.
The McCracken County Sheriff's Office stated drug detectives started investigating someone allegedly purchasing some crack cocaine and fentanyl pills from Sean Irons, 44 of Paducah, on March 29, 2024.
Detectives went to an apartment complex in the 800-block of North 8th Street in Paducah. The sheriff's office accuses Irons of selling both cocaine and fentanyl there at the complex.
The sheriff's office stated detectives saw Irons meeting with several other individuals which was reportedly believed to be part of illegal drug activities.
Authorities later pulled over 32-year-old Joshua Teague. "During the roadside investigation detectives located numerous bags of Marijuana in the vehicle with money believed to be proceeds of illegal drug sales. Detectives also located digital scale concealed on Teague’s person." the sheriff's office stated.
Teague was then arrested.
Detectives then saw Irons leave with 43-year-old David Robinson Jr., a report stated.
Deputies then pulled the vehicle over and both Robinson Jr. and Irons were arrested.
"During the stop detectives located Cocaine on the person of David Robinson Jr. and Marijuana on the person of Sean Irons. During a subsequent search of the vehicle detectives located approximately 139 grams of Powder and Crack Cocaine, synthetic Marijuana, doses of Oxycodone, several sets of digital scales and other items of drug paraphernalia. Detectives also seized $2,645 in cash from the men believed to be proceeds of illegal drug sales," the sheriff's office stated.
All three men were then taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail.
