(WSIL) -- The McCracken County Sheriff's Office has closed Friendship Road in Paducah's Lone Oak neighborhood due to a fatal crash.
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet says a pedestrian was struck and killed near between Lakeview Drive and Seneca Lane. That is just north of Lone Oak Elementary School.
Deputies say motorists should seek an alternate route until further notice while they continue the investigation.
