A Graves County homeowner is now facing charges after an early morning home invasion and shooting.Ìý
Anthony Dominique Crittendon, 27, was arrested for a firearm enhanced charge of trafficking in marijuana over 8 ounces and possession of drug paraphernalia.Ìý
Graves County deputies and Kentucky State Police troopers were called to Crittendon’s home on Tom Drive just after 12 a.m. Tuesday.Ìý
Crittendon told authorities a woman had knocked on his door and asked to use his phone. As he went to get his phone, two masked men with guns forced the door open, demanded money, and began ransacking the home.ÌýÂ
"At some point, the resident was able to get to a semi-automatic pistol that he had hidden. He then began shooting at both of the men firing multiple gunshots, hitting both of the men," explained the sheriff’s office in a post on the .Ìý
One of the men collapsed inside the home; the other took off. A short time later, a man with multiple gun shot wounds was reported at a Shell station in Mayfield. The sheriff’s office says both of the suspects were taken to the hospital for treatment of life-threatening injuries.Ìý
A later search of Crittendon’s home revealed just under two pounds of marijuana, electronic scales, packaging material and other related items, as well as approximately $8,000 in small bills.Ìý
During the search, authorities also recovered masks worn by the two suspects, multiple shell casings, and guns from both Crittendon and one of the wounded suspects.Ìý
Crittendon was taken to the Graves County Jail. The names of the suspects that were shot are not being released.Ìý
More arrests and charges are expected.Ìý

GRAVES COUNTY, Ky (WSIL) â€� The Graves County Sheriff’s Department and Kentucky State Police are investigating a home invasion and subsequent shooting that occurred just after 12 a.m. Tuesday on Tom Drive, just south of Mayfield.Ìý
Graves County sheriff Jon Hayden says two people were shot by the homeowner. Both individuals were taken to the hospital with "serious" injuries. Authorities are still searching for a third suspect.Ìý
Hayden says there is no immediate danger as they believe the third suspect fled and is out of the area.
