CARTERVILLE, Ill. -- Multiple agencies responded to a crash in Carterville, along Highway 13 on Tuesday afternoon.
A member of News 3 stated this crash happened in the eastbound lanes of Highway 13, near South Greenbriar Road in Williamson County, at around 2:39 p.m. on August 6.
Multiple agencies responded to the scene, including Illinois State Police, Carterville Police Department and the Carterville Fire Department.
At least two vehicles were visibly damaged in the crash.
Illinois State Police said troopers responded to the scene for a report of a three-vehicle crash with injuries.
