Voters decide on Constitutional Amendment questions in Kentucky

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WSIL) -- In Kentucky, voters decided on a couple of amendment questions on the ballot. 

The Constitutional Amendment 1 asked voters to prohibit non U.S. citizens from voting in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Voters approved this measure.

The Constitutional Amendment 2 asked voters to provide financial support to private schools, along with other schools outside of the public system.

Voters rejected this measure.
