CARTERVILLE, Ill. (WSIL) � Many came out to see Rise Nutrition open its doors on Saturday.
Rise Nutrition is a part of a locally owned performance company, the Rise Performance, with locations in Anna, IL and Carterville, IL. Steven Wisemen is the store manager for Rise Nutrition in Carterville and he explains what they carry.
"We actually carry youth stacks," said Wisemen. "Supplements driven just for youth athletes so, hydration, very clean creatine, very clean protein. So, we know that we can help our athletes with their performance.�
Dawson Montfort is the owner of Rise Performance and he explains what his goal is.
"Our mission is building community through strength and that is what we are really trying to do," said Montfort.Â
Officials from Rise say they are grateful for the community's support.
