One seriously injured after motorcycle vs truck crash in southeast Missouri

DONIPHAN, Mo. (WSIL) -- One person was seriously injured after a crash between a motorcycle and a truck on Friday in Ripley County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) said the crash happened at 4 p.m. on November 1, along Highway 21, just north of Highway 160.

MSHP said a 20-year-old was driving a 2007 Yamaha Vstar 650 when it crossed the center line and hit a 2005 Ford F150.

The 20-year-old was taken to Region One in Memphis with serious injuries.

The motorcycle was described as totaled and the F150 had moderate damage.
