SCOTT CITY, Mo. -- The Scott City Fire Department's new fire truck will be arriving soon and firefighters are inviting the public to come out when it does.
The Scott City Fire Department said the new 2861 should be coming into town on September 26 at around 5 p.m.
Firefighters plan on escorting the new truck through Scott City and are inviting the public to come out and see it as it passes by.
The public is also invited to come by to the Fire Station 1 on Main Street on Thursday night to take a tour of the new truck as well.
