CARTERVILLE Ill. (WSIL) -- Wednesday will bring more abundant sunshine and mild temperatures. It'll be another day to dress in layers, cool in the morning and warm in the afternoon. Lows will dip into the mid 40s, followed by highs in the mid 70s.Â
A warming trend will take place through the rest of the week. High temperatures will rise back into the low 80s by Friday. Our next cool down arrives Sunday. This will usher in some of the coolest temperatures of the season by next week.
