CARTERVILLE (WSIL) -- There is a new list of animals up for adoption, in this edition of Pets of the Week.
Izabella is a one year and 9-month-old active Beagle mix. Her adoption fee at St. Francis CARE in Murphysboro is $175.00, and that includes her spay, vaccine, and microchip.
Kenji is a 7-year-old Chihuahua mix who weighs 11 pounds. He is a little slow to warm up to people some days, but once he does, he is a happy little guy. He also loves to run fast around a room to show off his athletic side. Kenji would be best placed in a home with no small children. He's at PAWS' Place Adoption Center in Anna.
If you're looking for a dog to play with while at home, meet Reese. She is a one-year-old Boxer mix who is all about making new friends, both human and canine. Reese will need to be spayed and given the rabies vaccine before her adoption can be finalized. She is at the Wayne County Humane Society in Fairfield.
Chance is a 5 to 7-year-old Terrier/Boxer mix. He is neutered, heartworm negative, and fully vaccinated. Chance loves to snuggle, go on walks, and play. He also gets along with other dogs and cats. Chance can be adopted from the City of Herrin Animal Control.
Pip is a 3-year-old Pitbull who is sweet and gets along with other dogs. You can find him at Jefferson County Animal Control in Mt Vernon.
