News 3's Brooke Schlyer went up to Rend Lake College, so culinary arts professors could show her some game day recipes sure to tackle hunger.
One of those is a pizza bowl or bread bowl stuffed with pizza ingredients and baked.
This recipe suggests Italian sausage, onions, peppers and mushrooms, but you can add any pizza toppings you like.
You can even load it up with veggies as a vegetarian food option.
Another fun idea is to let kids build their own pizza bowl with whatever toppings that they like.

To please those in the crowd with a sweet tooth, there's also Chipotle brownies with a cinnamon and coffee flavored frosting.
