MARSHALL CO., Ky.Ìýâ€� FEMA and the Small Business Administration will not offer assistance to homeowners impacted by recent flooding.
Emergency Management officials say they needed to have at least 25 homes destroyed or severely damaged to activate that assistance, but the county did not meet that threshold.
