CHICAGO (WREX) � The National Weather Service rated Sunday night's tornado as an EF-3, with wind speeds reaching up to 140 miles per hour.
According to the NWS, damage survey teams found the tornado started near Naperville and ended near Willow Springs. The most significant damage is in Naperville and Woodridge, where at least 6 people were hurt and about 100 homes left uninhabitable.
