One person injured in two-vehicle crash

Crash sends one driver to the hospital

CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky. (WSIL) � Emergency crews responded to a two-vehicle crash on Highway 1-21 North and Johnny Robertson Road on Sunday afternoon. 

Officials say the SUV stopped at the intersection when it was rear-ended by a truck. 

Due to the impact, the crash caused the SUV to go through a brick retaining wall and hit a tree. 

First responders say the driver of the SUV was taken to the hospital with injuries. 

No other injuries were reported.
