HELENA, MT (CNN) -- A group of good samaritans in Helena, Montana, got the nickname "Snow Angels." And this is how they earned it by cleaning snow from the vehicles of local healthcare workers.
The group's organizer said she got the idea from Instagram. So she got together family and neighbors to go to the city's Saint Peter's Hospital twice a day and clean off cars.
One "Snow Angel," said that given what healthcare workers go through these days that's the least the group can do.
"I can't, not help out. Our health care workers are incredible, they're heroes and it's the least we can do to help them out," said volunteer Andy Shirtliff.
Some nurses said those small acts of kindness mean the most.
The project started with ten volunteers but it's now grown to 40.
