CARBONDALE, Ill. (WSIL) � UPDATE: The scene is clear and the street is back open.
ORIGINAL: Police are on scene of a traffic crash which has closed both northbound lanes and southbound lanes on Carbondale.
The Carbondale Police Department alerted the public at 8:46 p.m. on April 10, about the crash. Police said it’s in the 1000-block of N. Illinois Ave.
Police urge everyone to avoid the area while first responders work the crash scene.
