CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky. -- The Calloway County Sherriff's Office arrested two suspects recently in unrelated crimes.Â
The most recent arrest described by deputies was of Brittney F. Russell, 25, of Murray. A press release from the office said officials arrested Russell on Friday for allegedly pointing a pistol at an ongoing rival.Â
Deputies caught Russell after a warrant was issued for her arrest. According to the victim of the incident, Russell passed them while driving on Hwy 94 East. The victim recognized Russell from a prior conflict. Russell supposedly aimed a pistol at the victim and their two passengers while passing.Â
Russell faces a charge of 3 counts of Wanton Endangerment.Â

On the Thursday before Russell's arrest, Calloway County deputies arrested Christopher Carney, 36, of Hazel. Officials say they executed an arrest warrant on Carney. The suspect allegedly abandoned an apartment he was leasing after he caused an estimated $1,000 in damages.Â
Deputies sent Carney to the Calloway County Detention Center on the charge of Criminal Mischief.Â
