CARBONDALE, Ill. -- Visitors of the Carbondale strip can expect an extra treat on Friday night -- a series of local bands.Â
The bands will begin to take the stages around 7 p.m.
River to River Community Records has set up a mini music festival throughout some of the most popular bars in Downtown Carbondale.
PK's and Booby's will highlight local artists throughout the night in a series of free concerts. Guests are encouraged to tip the artists, buy their merch and buy drinks at the bars throughout the shows.Â
