GRAVES COUNTY, Ky. -- Deputies have asked the community for help locating an alleged theft suspect.Â
The Graves County Sheriff's Office took to to give information regarding the situation at Youngblood's Excavating on Grace Park Road. According to the post, deputies responded to the scene around 3:00 on Monday afternoon after receiving reports of a theft on Sunday night.Â
Deputies studied surveillance footage and say a gray SUV pulled in front of the building at around 10:30 p.m. on Sunday. The SUV reportedly stopped next to a series of work trucks for the driver, a white male, to go through the truck beds.Â
Authorities report Milwaukee-brand saws, wrenches, drills, screwdriver sets, socket sets and other tools missing from the trucks. Deputies say the driver was seen taking these items on the footage and putting them into his SUV.Â
The post from the sheriff's office described the driver as a 6 foot, 200 pound man. The department said he was seen in a dark shirt and shorts with a neon object on his head.Â
The SUV reportedly possessed a "UK" blue license plate. Authorities assume the car is a Nissan Murano.Â
A passenger was also seen in the vehicle; deputies believe this was a woman.Â
