CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. --Â An arts and crafts event brought hundreds of people out to help support a local historical organization.
The Cape Girardeau County Historical Society held its first-ever Arts Crafts Collection and Music Fundraiser at the Jackson Civic Center on Saturday.
The event brought roughly fifty area vendors together who promoted their own products. Offerings included local photography companies, collectibles, hand-crafted items, food trucks and more.
The funds raised will go to the local historical society which promotes and preserves historical events in the county.
The society has already scheduled its next event for August 23, 2025.Â
