PADUCAH, Ky. (WSIL) -- A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued for portions of the area until 9 p.m. on Thursday.
The National Weather Service in Paducah issued the watch which includes parts of southern Illinois, parts of southeast Missouri, western Kentucky and northwest Tennessee.
Scattered hail is possible up to two inches in size, scattered wind gusts are also possible up to 70 mph. Frequent lightning with these storm is also expected.
