CARBONDALE, Ill. -- Carbondale's Southern Illinois Eats has planned an event for hospitality professionals based around the one thing everyone can enjoy -- food!
The first-ever Southern Illinois Eats Hospitality Meetup will occur on June 18 at Route 51 Brewing Company. Event organizers hope professionals in the field can convene at the restaurant to talk hospitality tips and trends while making connections with others in the field.Ìý
"We are excited to bring together the diverse members of our local businesses," said William Lo, Founder of Southern Illinois Eats "This event will not only provide a platform for networking but also serve as a catalyst for future collaborations and growth within our community."
Workers who own, manage, or serve at any business in the hospitality sector are welcome.
The meetup is scheduled for June 18 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. The Route 51 Brewing Company sits at 18967 W State Rt. 51, Elkville, IL 62932.Ìý
