HERRIN, Ill. (WSIL) -- The 8th annual Night to Shine will give an unforgettable prom night experience for people with special needs.
The event will be at and hosted by First Christian Church of Herrin on Friday, February 7 at 6 p.m.
Night to Shine is an event celebrated the Friday before Valentine's Day for people with special needs all over the world.
