Two arrested after using drugs in front of minors

MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. -- Deputies arrested two individuals on Friday for using illegal drugs in front of minors. 

Officials at the McCracken County Sheriff's Office received a tip about the situation from the county's DCBS. The two departments met up to investigate the house on Blandville Road. 

Donald Reaves

Investigators said that Donald Reaves and Rachel Baumann lived in the house along with three minors. An official report from the sheriff's office stated the investigation revealed Meth and drug paraphernalia in the house, some of it within reach of the children. 

Officials booked Reaves and Baumann at the McCracken County Jail and charged them with the following: 

  • Possession of drug paraphernalia 
  • Possession of a controlled substance 1st degree, 1st offense (Reaves) and 3rd or greater offense (Baumann)
  • Wanton endangerment 2nd degree (Baumann)
