GRAVES COUNTY, Ky. -- Deputies sent two individuals to regional hospitals after a car flipped onto its roof on Saturday night.
A deputy with the Graves County Sheriff's Office was sent to the scene on KY 97 at the Scott Road/East Slaughter Road intersection around 7:50 p.m. The deputy investigated and believes Justin Bradley, 34, of Mayfield, drove his 2011 Chevrolet Malibu off the southbound side of KY 97. Bradley allegedly failed to navigate an S curve on the road, causing him to drive off-road and flip his car.Â
Bradley and his passenger, Christopher Bradley, 35, were sent to the Jackson Purchase Medical Center by local EMS. C. Bradley later had to get flown to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN due to the nature of his injuries.Â
Officials charged J. Bradley with the following:
- Operating a motor vehicle under the influence (DUI)
- Failure to produce an insurance card
- Possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicleÂ
The Sedalia & Cuba Volunteers Fire Departments, the Mayfield Fire Department, the Mayfield/Graves County EMS, and the Kentucky State Police also aided with this crash.Â
