PADUCAH (WSIL) -- One person was killed during a two-vehicle crash in Paducah Monday.
The McCracken County Sheriff's Office responded to the 7400 block of Cairo Road for a crash with injuries.
Deputies learned an SUV and a pickup truck collided head-on in the roadway.
19-year-old Jeremiah Beck and 18-year-old Emily Thorn, both of Mayfield, were seriously injured during the collision. 72-year-old John Harris of West Paducah was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
The investigation is still on-going and further details will be released at a later time.
The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by Mercy Regional Ambulance, Concord & West McCracken Volunteer Fire Departments, McCracken County D.E.S., McCracken County Coroner Amanda Melton, and Speedy’s Towing.
