JEFFERSON COUNTY (WSIL) -- Fire crews helped pull a woman from a submerged car Thursday.
Jefferson County Fire Chief Robert Beal says they were called to Rend Lake, west of Route 37, near the Bonnie exit.
Fire crews and about a dozen duck hunters worked to pull the car and woman from the water. She was later flown to a St. Louis hospital for treatment.
