(WSIL) -- Plenty of high school basketball tournaments taking place in the area - the WSIL sports team made their rounds.

The team made a stop at SIU for the Carbondale Holiday Tournament

Marion was able to handle Carnahan 58-49.

Early on Rayzhaun Bardo was getting it done with assists and strong drives to the basket.

Also at SIU, Carbondale won big over Southland College Prep 72-42.

It was the Davaris Macklin and Farleigh Ward show. Macklin led the Terriers with 19 points and Ward chipped in with 12 points.

Murphysboro crushes Saxony Lutheran 73-32.

Du Quoin rolls past St. Mary of Kentucky 67-39

Cairo comes up short to Collins, as they fall 53-49.

At Sesser-Valier, top seeded Goreville crushes Red Bud 74-45. Landon Albright led the way for the Blackcats with 21 points.

Second seeded Christopher gets by Odin 60-54. Bryce Pratt had a team high 18 points for the Bearcats.

Altamount overpowered host Sesser-Valier tonight taking this one 47-41.

Marissa-Coulterville holds off Cobden 54-45.

Eldorado Holiday Tournament. Massac moves on as they upend 58-42.

Herrin beats Carterville 59-48.

Fairfield outlasts West Frankfort 67-58.

Duster Thomas Hoops Classic, Pinckneyville has their way with Salem 59-33. Woodlawn gets by Olney 42 -30.

Meridian edges out Trico 41-40.

Benton stomps Steeleville 71-47.

Hamilton County upends Gallatin County 55-40.

Harrisburg squeaks past Carrier-Mills 50-49.
